CHAGFORD ALLOTMENT HOLDERS’ ASSOCIATION

Minutes of the committee meeting held at 7pm on 27^th February 2012 at 49 New Street

Present: Graham Adnitt, Anne Thorn, Matt Smith, Rosina Kellman, Terry Le

 Apologies for absence: Helen Pitt, Ian Page, Dave Phillips

1.  

  Minutes of the previous meeting were discussed, accepted and approved with some minor alterations.

2.    Matters arising from the previous meeting.

Bank mandate: Ian has now signed.

Fencing of the Northern boundary: Nothing new to report

Montessori Nursery Insurance: Ian unavailable to report.

Deer Fence: Discussed at length, no conclusion to report.

Waiting List Notice: Helen unavailable to report.

Inspection of plots: Discussion centred on 3 plots, T Kalouli, B Worsley, C Loram. To be followed up and report made after inspection on 25^th March.

Leat Repairs: to discuss with D Phillips. AGM topic.

3.    Finance and collection of rents.

Revenue from manure down on last year, AGM topic. Insurance of £159 now paid.

4.    Allocations.

Helen to report at next meeting.

5.    Any other business.

Scarecrow project ( Tinner’s Fair) Matt and Rosina to research and construct.

Unwelcome visitors  - to be discussed at AGM.

6.    Date and place of next meeting.

7pm on 16^th March 2012 at Haddon House, New Street.
